Weights & Biases Unveils Integrations with NVIDIA AI

#artificialintelligence

The integrations will enable organizations adopting NVIDIA AI Enterprise, the software layer of the NVIDIA AI platform, to take advantage of the Weights & Biases MLOps platform to accelerate deep learning workloads across computer vision, natural language processing, and generative AI. "Weights & Biases' goal is to streamline the workflow for all ML practitioners," said Seann Gardiner, VP Business Development & International at Weights & Biases. "The integrations we've built in collaboration with NVIDIA will accelerate organizations of all sizes to develop and adopt AI to transform their offerings and operations." "Enterprises across industries are adopting artificial intelligence to provide customers with the leading performance of today's AI-powered applications," said Anne Hecht, Senior Director of AI Software at NVIDIA. "NVIDIA AI Enterprise combined with Weights & Biases MLOps software gives enterprises an ideal platform for developing and deploying transformative AI."

NVIDIA Hopper Sweeps AI Inference Benchmarks in MLPerf Debut

#artificialintelligence

In their debut on the MLPerf industry-standard AI benchmarks, NVIDIA H100 Tensor Core GPUs set world records in inference on all workloads, delivering up to 4.5x more performance than previous-generation GPUs. The results demonstrate that Hopper is the premium choice for users who demand utmost performance on advanced AI models. Additionally, NVIDIA A100 Tensor Core GPUs and the NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin module for AI-powered robotics continued to deliver overall leadership inference performance across all MLPerf tests: image and speech recognition, natural language processing and recommender systems. The H100, aka Hopper, raised the bar in per-accelerator performance across all six neural networks in the round. It demonstrated leadership in both throughput and speed in separate server and offline scenarios.

Supply chain management using NVIDIA AI for analytics and solutions

#artificialintelligence

If you're interested in learning more about the cutting-edge artificial intelligence being used to manage supply chains effectively using NVIDIA AI analytical data and simulation software. You are sure to enjoy the quick overview video released by NVIDIA this week for their NVIDIA AI supply chain solutions designed to optimize efficient operation and mitigate any issues. Autonomous robot companies such as Gideon, 6 River Systems and Symbotic are using the NVIDIA AI platform to improve supply chain logistics and distribution centres throughput with autonomous guided vehicles that are capable of transporting material, packages and products efficiently within the warehouse. "The $9 trillion logistics industry is responding by investing in automation and using AI and big data to gain more insights throughout the chain. Big money is being poured into supply-chain technology startups, which raised $24.3 billion in venture funding in the first three quarters of 2021, 58 percent more than the full-year total for 2020, according to analytics firm PitchBook Data Inc." "Behind these investments, businesses see technology and accelerated computing as key to finding firmer ground. At Manifest 2022, a logistics and supply chain conference taking place in Las Vegas, the industry is discussing how to refine supply chains and create cost efficiencies using AI and machine learning. Among their goals: address labor shortages, improve throughput in distribution centers, and route deliveries more efficiently."

Latest Research From NVIDIA AI and Mass General Brigham Explains The Importance of Federated Learning in Medical AI and Other Industries

#artificialintelligence

Federated learning is a new way to train artificial intelligence models with data from multiple sources while maintaining anonymity. This removes many barriers and opens up the possibility for even more sharing in machine learning research. The latest results published in Nature Medicine show promising new research wherein the federated learning models build powerful AI models that can be generalized among healthcare institutions. These findings are currently for the healthcare industry. It shows that further down the line, it could have a significant role in energy, financial services, and manufacturing applications.

NVIDIA AI on Healthcare

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. NVIDIA, this is a brand that most people around the world would be acustomed to, on our laptops and desktops, the NVIDIA graphics card, where we spent time playing games on our laptops/desktops or on our creative works for those in the creative industries such as photography, design etc. When I first heard of NVIDIA leading the world of healthcare with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and their hardware, I was surprised of NVIDIA's diversity, growth and expansion from the graphics card to their super computer and AI. Upon learning more when I visited NVIDIA website, I discovered so much more on NVIDIA beyond their graphics card. NVIDIA VP of Healthcare, Kimberly Powell, visited Singapore recently for EmTech Asia 2019.
